Our story
I’m Maryetta Jones, a lifelong flower enthusiast. I have always had a deep love and appreciation for the natural beauty and energy that flowers provide.
I had a wonderful and successful career in interior design. When I was ready to start something new, I knew it had to be focused around my passion for floral arrangements and teaching others a solid foundation to develop their own skills as a floral arrangement specialist.
That’s when The Wallflower Academy was created.
Passing along my passion for all things floral, and helping others develop their love and appreciation for the world of flower arrangements, there’s nothing more rewarding to me than to watch others light up with enthusiasm while learning how to become their own master flower arrangement specialists.
